2000s Virtual Pet Nostalgia
This is my shrine to Neopets!! I've been playing since I was 9 years old, and I'm still actively on Neopets nowadays. When I was really into it, I would spend hours and hours making giant crazy petages (webpages, to non-Neopians) for my neopets, giving them characters and personalities and things. And come on, I still do, but not as much as I used to. But it's good nostalgic fun! I learned so much about coding websites from doing it on Neopets!
I have lots of good memories of this site, playing the Flash games, trying to save up for paintbrushes, and even collecting the IRL plushies with Keyquest codes (RIP keyquest). Me and my sister would play neopets together when we were kids, and sometimes we'd chat on the neoboards from the same room on separate computers xD.

My Neopets Art
One of my favorite parts of playing Neopets has always been coming up with characters for my pets to put on their webpages. I had a lot of fun doing it as a kid and teenager. It was a fun little creative outlet, and it helped me improve my art and writing skills. Although I don't make Neopets art as much as I used to, it's nice to look back on this stuff!
